In the mood for fish but not in the mood for a lot of fuss? These teriyaki salmon foil packets are the answer.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven (convection if you have it) to 400°F.
- To make the teriyaki sauce, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and the pressed garlic together.
- Slice the green onions into thin rings. Cut 4 lemon slices and then halve them.
- Place each salmon fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil and fold the foil up around the fish to form a packet. Spoon the teriyaki sauce over the salmon. Place the lemon slices on both sides and sprinkle the green onions over the top. Fold the foil closed.
- Place the salmon packets in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Then carefully open the foil and return the salmon to the oven for about 5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
