Description
Sticky chicken wraps with tender chicken thighs, a sweet and slightly spicy marinade, and fresh coleslaw. An easy lunch or quick dinner ready in 30 minutes.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 large tortillas
- 4 tablespoons kecap manis (see above for a subsitute)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or 1 teaspoon sriracha)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups coleslaw
Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. Add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 teaspoon sriracha. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Add the kecap manis (see above for a subsitute) and ketchup, then stir everything together so the marinade coats the chicken evenly. Set aside and prepare the coleslaw, or use store-bought.
- Cook the chicken with the marinade over medium heat, stirring regularly. After 12 to 15 minutes, the marinade will be absorbed and the chicken will turn sticky.
- Take a tortilla and fill it generously with coleslaw and some of the chicken. Enjoy!
